Assembly
Step 1
Begin by removing the handle and the base of the Scepter Post Puller Unit from the box.
Step 2
Starting with the base of the Post Puller, remove both bolts from the bottom near the hook and the top above the wheel.
Step 3
Insert the handle of the Post Puller into the opening in front of the foot pedal and replace the bolt, locking the handle into place.
Step 4
With the foot pedal in the “UP” position, insert the bottom bolt into the hook along the metal track, allowing the hook to travel vertically.
Using the Puller
Step 1
Begin by hooking the bottom of the Scepter post around the lower part of the shaft with the Scepter Post Puller.
Step 2a
Once in secured, place your foot on the pedal and push down to activate the removal mechanism.
Step 2b
Repeat this motion 1-2 times depending on the density of soil the Scepter posts are in.
Step 3
Roll the Scepter Post Puller to the next post and repeat. Once all posts are removed, pack up to be stored in a secure location til the next job.
